Refund policy

According to the Egyptian Law, our product category cannot be returned due to hygienic purposes.

However, if the product is damaged/missing/incorrect, we can exchange it for you.

You can request your exchange within 3 days of receiving your order; however, the customer is required to notify the team with a picture or request on the date of delivery or within 24 hours maximum. Requests placed after that time frame will most likely be declined.

NO exchanges are issued for used and/or unsealed packages.

  • Customers will not be responsible for the shipping fees in cases of damaged/missing/incorrect items.
  • The shipping representative receives the products from the customer within 3 working days.
  • Packages and packing materials must be in their original condition.
  • It is required not to use the product.

You may not exchange any of the following products:

  • Which have been previously damaged or used by the customer or are in a condition different from how it was received.
  • Any products that have been tampered with.
  • Products that have been bought through any other source than our website. In this case, please return directly to the vendor you have purchased the products from.
  • Products that are mixed with other items after delivery.
